Set against the backdrop of a Vaarahi temple, the narrative centers around three close friends-played by Sai Sreenivas, Manoj, and Rohith-whose lives intertwine with the temple's hidden layers and conflicts.

As per industry sources, satellite and digital streaming rights for Bhairavam have been acquired by ZEE5. While no official streaming release date has been announced yet, the platform is expected to release the film after its theatrical run.

The technical crew includes music composer Sricharan Pakala, whose background score and songs are penned by a group of lyricists including Bhaskara Bhatla, Kasarla Shyam, and Chaitanya Prasad. Dialogues are credited to Satyarshi and Toom Venkat. The editing is managed by Chota K Prasad, while the film's action sequences are choreographed by Ramakrishna and Nataraj Madigonda.

The release comes after weeks of anticipation, with the promotional campaign handled by First Show and PRO services led by Vamsi Shekar.
