Nagarjuna To Quit Hosting Bigg Boss Telugu Reality Show: Telugu TV's biggest reality show, undoubtedly the most popular one is the Bigg Boss Telugu. With an fanbase unwavering and endless controversies, the reality show manages to grab the attention of TV audiences and youngsters with its content. The reality show's concept began in 2017 for the Telugu small screen and ever since has been an integral part of every household's entertainment.
Why Nagarjuna Might Quit As Host?
While many reasons are associated with the veteran's decision to opt-out of the leading reality show as its presenter, many point to the fact that the hosting has become disinterested due to the mundane format and boredom. The actor who is also focusing more on his production ventures, studios and other businesses, is likely to reduce the amount of stress that comes with the immovable schedules of the Bigg Boss reality show.
So far, the eight seasons have earned mostly negative to mixed reactions, with barely one or two seasons becoming successful. Starting with Jr NTR, who hosted the debut season of the controversial reality show in 2017, Natural Star Nani was also part of the show as a host for Bigg Boss Telugu Season 2. The amount of backlash Nani received for his poor hosting skills was brutal and the actor publicly mentioned that he wouldn't be hosting any of these reality shows hereafter, following the season's conclusion.
From Season 3, Nagarjuna Akkineni came on board and continued to host all the consecutive shows, including one exclusive OTT show called Bigg Boss Buzz. There have been rumours about Nagarjuna's exit from the show in 2022, but the makers have given him a remuneration of over Rs 12 Crore for the previous season. However, this time, the veteran actor's exit is highly inevitable. The new and upcoming season might see a new host.
