Chhaava Box Office Collection: The Telugu-dubbed version of Chhaava, a historical action drama portraying the life of Sambhaji Maharaj, was released in Telugu states on March 7, 2025. Featuring Vicky Kaushal in the lead role, the film is an adaptation of Shivaji Sawant's Marathi novel Chhava. Directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films, it also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna in pivotal roles.

First released in Hindi on February 14, 2025, the film features music and a background score by A. R. Rahman. Geetha Arts is distributing the Telugu version, bringing it to a broader audience.

According to a report by Telugu Chitraalu, Chhaava Telugu has witnessed a notable surge in ticket sales, increasing from over 57,000 on its opening day to more than 69,000 on day two, fueled by strong word-of-mouth. The film has already amassed ₹6.81 crore in just two days, marking an impressive performance for a dubbed version. With promising weekend bookings, industry trackers predict that the film is on track to surpass the ₹10 crore milestone by Sunday.

Chhaava Cast and Crew

Chhaava features a stellar ensemble cast, led by Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna, and Akshaye Khanna, alongside Ashutosh Rana, Divya Dutta, Vineet Kumar Singh, Diana Penty, and Santosh Juvekar.

Presented in Telugu by Allu Aravind and Bunny Vas under Geetha Arts Distribution, the film's Hindi version is produced by Maddock Films. Directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan, the Telugu release is managed by Geetha Arts Distribution. Co-producers include Sharada Karki Jalota and Pooja Prem Patheja, with A. R. Rahman composing the soundtrack and background score. The screenplay and adapted story are credited to Laxman Utekar, Rishi Virmani, Kaustubh Savarkar, Unman Bankar, and Omkar Mahajan, with dialogues by Rishi Virmani.

The technical team includes cinematographer Saurabh Goswami (ISC), editor Manish Pradhan, and production designers Subrata Chakraborty and Amit Ray. Lyrics are penned by Irshad Kamil, with Marathi lyrics by Kshitij Patwardhan. Action choreography is handled by Parvez Shaikh and Todor Lazaroy, while Vijay Ganguly oversees dance choreography.
