Chhaava Telugu Box Office Day 1 Collection: Vicky Kaushal-Rashmika Mandanna's Periodic Film Earns THIS MUCH

Chhaava Telugu Box Office Day 1 Collection: Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna's historical action drama directed by Laxman Utekar is titled Chhaava. Written by Shivaji Sawant, who first wrote the book titled 'Chhaava' the movie tells the story of the successor of Chhatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj, Sambhaji, who claimed the throne to take forward the Maratha clan's war against the Mughals.

Chhaava movie already surpassed Rs 500 Crore in India and Rs 675 Crore at the worldwide box office within three weeks. With no better films playing in theatres, Chhaava is continuing to hold with solid strength. Given the success, Geetha Arts banner bought the Telugu dubbing rights to the film and it opened to a decent pre-release buzz and a bit of controversy on March 7 across the two Telugu states. The release was huge and over 550 theatres were earmarked for Chhaava Telugu.

Chhaava Telugu Opening Day Box Office

Chhaava is one of the most profitable and highest-grossing films of the country in 2025. The movie was supposed to clash at the box office with Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2 The Rule but they postponed the release to February 14. With the craze for Chhaava reaching new heights in the Hindi region, the movie is also expected to repeat the same magic across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. On its release day, Chhaava Telugu is said to have earned about Rs 3 Crore in gross, which is a stellar figure. The opening weekend looks too good for the dubbing film.
