Chhaava Telugu Break-even Target: Vicky Kaushal-Rashmika Mandanna's Actioner Gets Big Start; Needs THIS MUCH

Chhaava Telugu Break-even Target: Laxman Utekar's directorial Chhaava, a historical action film starring Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna had a vast and grand theatrical release in Telugu on March 7. The dubbing rights of this highly successful Bollywood film are secured by Geetha Arts banners who released the movie in over 550 theatres across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Chhava is based on the book written by Shivaji Sawant on the history of Chhatrapati Sambhaji. Vicky Kaushal played the lead role of Sambhaji and delivered a stunning performance, winning accolades. The movie unleashed a box office storm in Bollywood after its release on February 14 and made over Rs 675 Crore worldwide to date.

After the movie hit the screens in Telugu, it drew decent response as the movie already is a blockbuster in Bollywood. Chhaava movie's domestic collection is over Rs 500 Crore, and Vicky Kaushal set a remarkable record at the Indian box office for Bollywood. The Telugu version is also expected to repeat the magic. With no competition from the regional films, apart from the re-release of Seethamma Vakitlo Siri Malle Chettu (SVSC) starring Mahesh Babu and Venkatesh, Chhaava will have a decent box office in Telugu states.

Chhaava Telugu Break-even Target

According to the Tollywood insider market, the rChhaava Telugu version's Telugu dubbing business value is about Rs 2.75 Crore. The movie had a great opening day and if the buzz continues, the movie will achieve the break-even target of Rs 3 Crore in Share value within the opening weekend.
