Chhaava Box Office Collection Day 1 Prediction: Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna's historical action drama Chhaava, was released on a whopping 550 screens in Telugu, which is a unique feat. Given the film's content, the Geetha Arts producers have arranged for the dubbing version's release on March 7 across the two Telugu states. AR Rahman composed the film's entire sound and music. Laxman Utekar directed the movie based on the book written on Chhatrapathi Sambhaji, son of Chhatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj.

The movie already surpassed Rs 500 Crore in India and Rs 668.40 Crore at the worldwide box office within three weeks of its release. With no better films playing in theatres, Chhaava is showing strength. With its Telugu dubbing release, the movie is testing new waters.

Amid a controversial complaint from AP Muslims Federation for misrepresenting the facts, Chhaava movie hit the screens to enthusiastic reception. A section of audiences feel that the dubbing was adequate while a few expressed dissatisfaction. For the scale Chhaava Telugu was released, the movie is expected to make over Rs 50 Crore from its Telugu run. However, time will tell if Chhaava lives up to the expectation. Although there is no exact number to define the opening collections of Vicky Kaushal's dubbed film in Telugu, the trade experts expect a collection of about or more than Rs 0.70 Crore on its release day from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The numbers are subject to change every few hours.
