The movie Court State Vs A Nobody Synopsisis set in 2013 Visakhapatnam, where Chandrashekar (Harsh Roshan) is a teenager and works odd jobs to earn pocket money. His father works as a watchman and his social status was established with this scenario. On the other hand, Jabilli (Sridevi) is studying Intermediate and is from a well-off family. Fate brings together Chandu and Jabilli, who deeply fall for each other. When Jabilli's uncle Mangapathi (Shivaji) finds her in Chandu's house, all hell breaks loose.
