Globetrotter Event OTT: Preparations are underway for one of the year's most anticipated film events, the Globetrotter Event, where director SS Rajamouli and actor Mahesh Babu will unveil their upcoming project, initially referred to as SSMB29 and now known as Globetrotter. The grand showcase is scheduled for 6 pm on November 15 at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad, marking the film's first significant promotional event since its announcement.

The Globetrotter Event will feature a live performance by Shruti Haasan and is expected to include the unveiling of the film's official title, first-look teaser, and introductions to key characters. The event will also see appearances by the principal cast, including Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Prithviraj Sukumaran, alongside Mahesh Babu.

Ahead of the event, the film's team has been gradually building anticipation. On November 7, Prithviraj's first look from the project was released, giving audiences a glimpse of the film's tone. Adding to the buzz, a short video featuring Priyanka Chopra Jonas surfaced online on Monday, in which the actress playfully invited viewers to join the big reveal. "Why am I always in Hyderabad? Well, it's the world's worst-kept secret. And it's finally time to tell you. Join us on November 15 for the big reveal at Ramoji Film City," she said in the clip. According to the makers, the event will be streamed live in India exclusively on Jio Hotstar, allowing fans across the country to watch the reveal in real time.

Music Track "Globetrotter" Released

The film is reported to be an action-adventure set across multiple countries, with Mahesh Babu reportedly portraying a rugged explorer embarking on a high-stakes mission. It is expected that the film will mark a fresh genre experiment for both Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu. Shooting has reportedly taken place in India and Kenya, with large-scale action sequences forming a major part of the narrative.

The project is being produced by KL Narayana and SS Karthikeya under the Sri Durga Arts and Showing Business banner. The film's music is composed by M. M. Keeravaani, who recently released a track titled "Globetrotter" on November 10. The song, featuring vocals by Shruti Haasan and Kaala Bhairava, with lyrics by Chaitanya Prasad, has been released under the T-Series music label.

Speculation suggests the film could be named Varanasi. The final confirmation, however, will come during the November 15 event, which promises to set the stage for what could be one of the biggest cinematic ventures in recent Telugu cinema history.
