Hari Hara Veera Mallu Box Office Collection: After much anticipation and several delays, Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 - Sword vs Spirit finally hit theaters on July 24, 2025. The Telugu-language period action-adventure film, headlined by Pawan Kalyan, witnessed a significant opening at the domestic box office but experienced a noticeable dip in collections as the first week progressed.

Directed jointly by Krish Jagarlamudi and A. M. Jyothi Krishna, the film is set in the 17th-century Mughal era and follows the story of Veera Mallu, a valiant warrior tasked with retrieving the famed Koh-i-Noor diamond from the hands of the Mughal empire. The film's cast also includes Bobby Deol as Aurangzeb, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Sathyaraj in key roles. Despite production delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Pawan Kalyan's political schedule, the film was completed earlier this year and marked its global release last Thursday.

Strong Start, Weekday Dip for Veera Mallu

According to box office tracking platform Sacnilk, Hari Hara Veera Mallu amassed an estimated ₹77.57 crore in India within its first five days. The film had a strong debut, collecting ₹12.75 crore on its premiere day (Wednesday), followed by a significant surge on Thursday with ₹34.75 crore. However, Friday saw a sharp decline, with earnings dropping to ₹8 crore.

The weekend brought a modest recovery, ₹9.15 crore on Saturday and ₹10.6 crore on Sunday. But Monday's collection dipped sharply again to an estimated ₹2.32 crore, suggesting reduced footfall during the weekday. While the initial reception helped the film reach a substantial five-day total, the pattern reflects typical front-loaded performance common to major star-led releases.

The film's scale is evident in its credits, with an extensive crew working on action, set design, and VFX. Manoj Paramahamsa and Gnana Shekar V.S. served as cinematographers, while the score was composed by M.M. Keeravaani. The film features a wide range of action directors and a detailed production team, reflecting the effort invested in creating a period setting.
