Hari Hara Veera Mallu Trailer: The long-anticipated trailer of Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 was officially released on July 3 at 11:10 AM, offering a fresh glimpse into the ambitious Telugu period action film ahead of its theatrical release. Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and A. M. Jyothi Krishna, the film is set in the 17th century during the Mughal Empire.Pawan Kalyan takes on the lead role as Veera Mallu, an outlaw assigned the mission of retrieving the famed Koh-i-Noor diamond from the Mughal empire. The film also features Bobby Deol, Nidhhi Agerwal, Nargis Fakhri, Nora Fatehi, and Satyaraj in pivotal roles.
Long-Delayed Period Drama Nears Release with New Trailer
Initially announced in January 2020, Hari Hara Veera Mallu underwent an extended production timeline due to pandemic-related disruptions and the lead actor's political engagements. Filming began in September 2020 and took place primarily in Hyderabad. While Krish Jagarlamudi directed the initial segments of the film, later portions were handled by A. M. Jyothi Krishna under Krish's creative supervision.
The film's music is composed by Academy Award winner M. M. Keeravani, known for his work on several large-scale historical and fantasy films. Cinematography is jointly handled by Gnanashekar and Manoj Paramahamsa, with editing by Praveen KL. The production design is led by National Award winner Thota Tharani.
A teaser titled Sword vs Spirit was released on May 2, 2024, offering an early look at the film's scale and tone. With the release of today's full trailer, anticipation is expected to grow as the release date draws closer.
