Is Nani's Remuneration More Than Rs 35 Crore? Natural Star Nani thrilled his fans and surprised all with his rugged and ruthless avatar as Arjun Sarkar in his upcoming film, a crime-thriller titled HIT 3 or HIT: The Third Case. Written and directed by Sailesh Kolanu, who is determined to score a blockbuster after a dud like 'Saindhav,' the movie's teaser was released today (Feb 24) with a highly positive response.

When Nani's films tanked at the box office for a long time, the actor didn't give up and chose his stories wisely. He attempted different genres, and characterizations and introduced new directors with passion. The result- he scored a hattrick hit at the box office with all of his films releasing on the pan-India level. Hi Nanna, Dasara, and Saripodhaa Sanivaaram became highly successful. The actor, who is actively funding films has hiked remuneration and is now charging more than Rs 35 Crore, on par with the tier 1 heroes of Tollywood.

Nani's hike in remuneration is due to his success streak at the box office and the actor's films are cutting deals in the range of about Rs 80-100 Crore including digital and satellite business. His films are also crowd pullers and with a minimum guarantee to blockbuster range films, it is understandable why the actor is charging much. In addition, his passion for good cinema also prompted him to become a producer and he is investing heavily in the same. For example, his upcoming film HIT 3 is made on a whopping scale with a budget of Rs 100 Crore.

According to a report on Asianet, Nani also invested considerably on a large scale in real estate in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam worth Rs 30 Crore. He has several plots and flats apart from the villa he designed lavishly and another sprawling farmhouse worth Rs 40 Crore. His garage is worth about Rs 6 Crore and has accessories that touch about Rs 2 Crore in value. His net property is over Rs 150 Crore already.

Nani's Work Front

Apart from HIT 3 and Srikanth Odela's directorial titled The Paradise, Nani is producing Srikanth Odela-Chiranjeevi's yet-to-be-titled action entertainer. Another production titled 'COURT' is also gearing up for a grand theatrical release. Nani will also work with filmmaker Sujeeth in the upcoming year. The movie was officially announced.

Along with Nani, the movie also stars Srinidhi Shetty as Mrudula, Surya Srinivas as Ravi, Adil Pala as Zubair Ahmend, Adivi Sesh as Krishna Dev aka KD, Brahmaji, and Maganti Srinath among others in key roles.

Nani funded the movie along with Prashanti Tipirneni under the Wall Poster Cinema banner. Sanu John Varghese cranked the camera and Karthika Srinivas worked as the editor. Mickey J. Meyer composed the film's entire background score and music.
