Co-starring Srinidhi Shetty, Surya Srinivas, and Rao Ramesh among others in important roles, the film also sees special cameos by Adivi Sesh and Karthi.

As per reports, HIT 3 has been mounted on an alleged budget of 60 cr approximately. If reports are to be believed, Netflix has acquired the Telugu actioner's post-theatrical OTT streaming rights. That means, the film will make its OTT premiere on Netflix after its theatrical run.
