Kuberaa Trailer Release Update: The trailer of Kuberaa, the upcoming multilingual film directed by Sekhar Kammula, will be launched this evening, June 15, at the film's pre-release event in Hyderabad. This confirmation comes after the event was previously postponed on June 12 in the wake of the tragic Ahmedabad flight crash.

Originally scheduled for June 13, the pre-release event and trailer launch were deferred as a mark of respect for the victims of the Air India plane crash, which claimed over 200 lives. A revised plan was shared on June 13 by the film's production team, announcing that the event would now be held today, June 15, from 6 PM at the JRC Convention Centre, Hyderabad.

On June 14, the makers issued a statement through their official social media platforms, explaining their decision to withhold the digital release of the trailer and instead launch it during the event itself. "After multiple internal discussions, we've collectively felt that the true essence of the trailer can only be felt in the right atmosphere, with our cast, crew, and audience together," the post read. It added that the team believes the live unveiling will make for a more meaningful and shared experience.

Kuberaa trailer out today; film hits screens June 20

Kuberaa is a social thriller jointly produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Amigos Creations. The ensemble cast includes Dhanush, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Rashmika Mandanna, Jim Sarbh, and Dalip Tahil. The film was initially announced in June 2021 under the working title D51, referencing Dhanush's 51st lead role, and was later briefly referred to as DNS after Nagarjuna joined the cast.

The film features music by Devi Sri Prasad, with two singles-"Poyiraa Mama" and "Anaganaga Kadha"-already released. The teaser, Trance of Kuberaa, debuted on May 25, offering a first look into the film's tone.

With the trailer set to drop today and the theatrical release locked in for June 20, Kuberaa is entering its final promotional phase, following a brief but respectful pause in activity due to national tragedy.
