MAD Square Storyline
Set four years after the events of Mad, the story follows Ganesh "Laddu," who is now behind bars. When six students come to hear his side of the story, he narrates a series of incidents involving a stolen necklace, a resort conflict, and a perilous encounter with a criminal kingpin named Maxx. As the group hunts for the missing necklace, they stumble upon unexpected secrets, culminating in a surprising twist that places Laddu under witness protection.

Mad Square boasts a vibrant ensemble cast featuring Narne Nithiin, Sangeeth Sobhan, Ram Nitin, Priyanka Jawalkar, Vishnu Oi, Sunil, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Satyam Rajesh, Raghu Babu, Muralidhar Goud, Karthikeya Samala, Ravi Anthony Pudota, Anish Kuruvilla, K. V. Anudeep, and Sri Gouri Priya, with Reba Monica John making a special appearance.
The film's soundtrack was composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, with Navin Nooli handling the editing and Shamdat (ISC) behind the lens as cinematographer. Production design was led by Sri Nagendra Tangala, while Pranay Rao Takkallapalli contributed additional screenplay. Art direction was handled by Penumarty Prasad M.F.A, and the action sequences were choreographed by fight master Karunakar. Costume design was credited to Chinmayee Kakileti and Harsha.
Murali served as the co-director, with Karthik Chowdary Gottipati taking on the role of associate and second unit director.
