Mazaka OTT Rights Sold: Sundeep Kishan, Ritu Varma, & Anshu's Latest Romcom Secures Post-theatrical Deal

Post-theatrical Rights of Mazaka Movie Sold: Sundeep Kishan's 30th film, written by Prasanna Kumar Bezawada and directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina is titled 'Mazka.' The youthful family comedy-drama is gearing up for a worldwide release on February 26. Actress Anshu is making a comeback to films with this movie which also features Ritu Varma and Rao Ramesh in pivotal roles.

Mazaka movie's teaser release event became quite controversial as the film's director Trinadha Rao Nakkina had to apologize publicly for making lewd remarks about actress Anshu, who played one of the lead characters in the film. As the release day is around the corner, the filmmakers are planning to drop the theatrical trailer of Mazaka very soon. An official confirmation of the date is awaited.

Zee Group Acquires Mazaka Movie's Digital Rights

Mazaka movie's pre-release theatrical business touched Rs 22 Crore and now the movie's post-theatrical digital deal has also been finalized. Reportedly, Zee Group acquired the satellite and streaming rights of Sundeep Kishan-starrer. After the successful theatrical run, the movie will stream on Zee 5 digitally while it will be aired on Zee Telugu and Zee Cinemalu channels for the television audience.

The family drama stars Sundeep Kishan, Ritu Varma, Rao Ramesh, Anshu Ambani, Murali Sharma, Chammak Chandra, Hyper Aadi, and among others in key roles.

Written by Prasanna Kumar Bezawada, the movie was directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina. Rajesh Danda and Umesh KR Bansal bankrolled the movie under the AK Entertainments, Hasya Movies, and Zee Studios banners. Leon James composed the film's entire background score and music. Nizar Shafi and Chota K. Prasad worked as the film's cinematographer and editor, respectively.
