NEEK (Telugu) OTT Release Date: Dhanush's Directorial On Prime Video; Simply South To Stream JNAK On THIS Date

NEEK Telugu (JNAK) OTT Release On Simply South: Dhanush's third directorial, a youthful 'usual' love story of young people titled 'Nilavukku Enmel Ennadi Kobam (NEEK)' was released in Telugu as 'Jabilamma Neeku Antha Kopama (JNAK)'. The movie hit the screens worldwide on February 21 to a positive response and a great pre-release buzz. But, due to the competition from Pradeep Ranganathan and Ashwath Marimuthu's 'Dragon,' which also hit the screens in Telugu, NEEK went almost unnoticed at the box office. The numbers were also low for both the versions.

NEEK Streaming On Prime Video But..

NEEK movie made its much-awaited OTT debut on Amazon Prime Video recently. The film's original (Tamil) version is available now but there is no information about when the Telugu version will be available. However, as the movie fans were disappointed about the lack of certainty pertaining to the OTT release date, another streaming platform- 'Simply South' announced the Telugu streaming date of Jabilamma Neeku Antha Kopama. The movie will start streaming on March 27, according to the official poster.

JNAK Synopsis

Prabhu (Pavish Narayanan) is a regular guy next door who aims to become a good chef. Following a heartbreak with his girlfriend Neela (Anikha Surendran), he loses interest in marriage and relationships. He then meets Preethi (Priya Prakash Varrier), his schoolmate, and they both gradually fall in love. However, Prabhu is often taunted by his past relationship and things become serious when he receives Neela's wedding invitation.

Bankrolled under the Wunderbar Films by Kasthoori Raja and Vijayalakshmi Kasthoori Raja, the movie is written and directed by Dhanush. G.V. Prakash Kumar composed the film's entire music and score. Leon Britto cranked the camera and G.K Prasanna worked as the editor.
