Pushpa 2 Box Office Prediction Day 33: Allu Arjun, the Tollywood's first National Award-winning 'Best Actor' has proved why he is deserving the award for the character of Pushparaj, envisioned and brought to life by filmmaker Sukumar. The sequel titled Pushpa 2 The Rule was released worldwide in six languages on December 5 amid sky-high expectations and despite mixed talk from critics and regular movie-goers, Pushpa 2 cakewalked through becoming the 'Highest-grossing Indian Film' to date.

On its fourth weekend, the movie enjoyed about 40% occupancy and earned Rs 7 Crore only in India surpassing Rs 1200 Crore in India and over Rs 1800 Crore worldwide. Allu Arjun's dubbed Hindi version of Pushpa 2 is officially the Highest-grossing Hindi film of all-time.

Pushpa 2 Synopsis

The movie stars Allu Arjun as Pushpa Raj, Rashmika Mandanna as Srivalli, Fahadh Faasil as SP Bhanwar Singh Shekawat, Jagadeep Prathap Bandari as Kesava, Sunil as Mangalam Srinu, Anasuya Bharadwaj as Dakshayani, Rao Ramesh as MP Bhumireddy Siddappa Naidu, Dhananjaya as Jaali Reddy, Ajay as Molleti Mohan, Sritej as Molleti Dhrama Raj, Mime Gopi as Chennai Murugan, Brahmaji as Sub-Inspector Kupparaj, and Kalpalatha as Parvatamma. In addition to the cast reprising their roles in the sequel, Jagapathi Babu played another pivotal role. Sreeleela sizzled in the special item track 'Kissik.'

Written and directed by Sukumar, the movie's dialogues were penned by Srikanth Vissa. Miroslaw Kuba Brozek cranked the camera, and AA Films distributed it. Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar of the Mythri Movie Makers banner in association with Sukumar Writings, funded the movie. Karthika Srinivas and Ruben worked as the editors. Pushpa 2 marks one of the most iconic collaborations of the successful trio Sukumar-Allu Arjun-Devi Sri Prasad.
