RC 16 Title Teaser & Release Date Update: Ram Charan & Janhvi Kapoor's Sports Action Drama BIG REVEAL Plans

RC 16 Title Teaser & Release Date Update: Ram Charan's upcoming sports-based action film written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, is in its shooting phase. The movie's progress is fast and the team is filming key scenes on Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor in Hyderabad. The movie carries all the big hopes of the mega fans as Ram Charan's previous film 'Game Changer' fell flat at the box office. To make sure everything about RC 16 stands out, the producers have roped in the epic AR Rahman to compose the film's entire music and score for an increased remuneration. RC 16 movie is being made jointly by Vriddhi Cinemas, Mythri Movie Makers, and Sukumar Writings banners.

Ram Charan's Birthday Treat

The filmmakers are keen on bringing out the title reveal teaser on the occasion of Ram Charan's birthday on March 27. What we hear is that along with the title reveal, the makers are also going to reveal the release date, making the fans double excited. There is no official information about the same, though. But, the movie's release which was supposed to be in the second half of 2025 has been now reportedly pushed to 2026 for better reasons. Probably, the filmmakers want Ram Charan to again hit the screens during the Sankranthi season to make up for the disastrous Game Changer outing. If not for Sankranthi, the movie will be released for March 26, on the even of actor's birthday.

The movie is also said to feature a special cameo appearance by megastar Chiranjeevi in his son's film, upon the request of Buchi Babu Sana, the director. For the pooja (launch) ceremony on March 20, 2024, which was organized on a very grand note, megastar Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan's wife Upasana Kamineni Konidela, Sukumar, AR Rahman, Boney Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and many others were also present.

The movie's crew includes Rathnavelu ISC as its cinematographer. In addition to Janhvi Kapoor, the cast includes Kannada superstars Shiva Rajkumar and Jagapathi Babu.
