AR Rahman Takes Hiked Remuneration For Ram Charan's Film: After the mega disaster of the hyped political actioner directed by Shankar titled 'Game Changer,' Ram Charan shifted focus to his upcoming film under the direction of 'Uppena' fame Buchi Babu Sana. The movie is a sports-based action drama with equal dose of romance. Janhvi Kapoor is playing the film's leading lady making her first collaboration with Ram Charan.

The movie's story was first narrated to Jr NTR, with whom Buchi Babu Sana has a very good rapport. Due to scheduling conflicts, the project landed with Ram Charan and things materialized as Vriddhi Cinemas banner initiated the production. The official launch was organized in March, 2024 and the shooting of RC 16 began only recently. To look the part, Ram Charan underwent a strict makeover and regimen in Australia under the guidance of expert physicians. Fans of the mega heroes pinned all hopes on RC 16 as the collaboration is quite interesting.

AR Rahman's Hiked Paycheque For RC 16
The epic music composer who also was the first Indian to win the prestigious Oscar Award for his contribution to music, is said to have hiked his remuneration. The veteran's recent success Chhaava would've prompted his decision, most likely. The composer is getting a big paycheque of Rs 8 Crore for RC 16, produced under the joint collaboration of Vriddhi Cinemas, Mythri Movie Makers, and Sukumar Writings banners.

The movie's production is currently underway with the unit shooting for major portions in and around Hyderabad. For the pooja (launch) ceremony on March 20, 2024, which was organized on a very grand note, megastar Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan's wife Upasana Kamineni Konidela, Sukumar, AR Rahman, Boney Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and many others were also present.

The movie's crew includes Rathnavelu ISC as its cinematographer. In addition to Janhvi Kapoor, the cast includes Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Diveyunndu among others in pivotal roles.
