Robinhood OTT Platform & Release Date: Actor Nithiin has been submerged in flops for the last five years and before 'Bheeshma,' directed by Venky Kudumula, all his films were disasters at the box office for several years. He collaborated for the second time with Venky Kudumula for a heist action-comedy titled Robinhood. Starring Sreeleela as the female lead and David Warner in a special cameo, Mythri Movie Makers spent Rs 60 Crore on the movie which hit the screens today (March 28).

Robinhood Synopsis

An orphan himself, Ram (Nithiin) is a modern-day Robinhood (Thief) who loots from the rich and distributes among the orphans. Devadatta Nage does illegal business of marijuana and in a bid to expand it to the international level, he finds out that Rudrakonda village has a special variety. Meanwhile, Neera Vasudev (Sreeleela) lands in India and goes to Rudrakonda with Ram as an escort. What is the connection between AV Pharma and Rudrakonda village? How is the mafia kingpin David (David Warner) connected to this?

Robinhood OTT Platform & Tentative Release

The post-theatrical digital and satellite rights of Nithiin's Robinhood movie have been secured for a good price by Zee Studios. The movie, therefore, will make its digital streaming debut on ZEE 5 and will go on air on Zee Telugu as well as Zee Cinemalu channels. The agreement is for five weeks and the date of Robinhood movie's digital release will likely be in the first week of May. An official date will be revealed in the upcoming days, depending on the movie's box office performance.

Robinhood Cast & Crew

The movie stars Nithiin as Robinhood, Sreeleela as Neera Vasudev, Vennela Kishore, Rajendra Prasad, Devdatta Nage, Shine Tom Chacko, Aadukalam Naren, Keshav Deepak, and Mime Gopi in key roles. Ketika Sharma sizzled in an item song called 'Adhi Dha Surprisu.'

GV Prakash Kumar is the film's music composer and Sai Sriram worked as the cinematographer. Koti worked as the editor while Ram-Laxman composed the action sequences. Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar of the Mythri Movie Makers are funding this project.
