Robinhood OTT Release Date Update: Nithiin-Sreeleela's Action Comedy To Make Digital Debut On THIS Date?

Robinhood Tentative OTT Release Date: Nithiin and Sreeleela's recent action heist comedy-drama written and directed by Venky Kudumula is titled 'Robinhood.' The movie was all over the news for the exciting cameo of Aussie cricketer David Warner and earned a disastrous response following its hyped theatrical release on March 28. The movie's failure is humongous as it made only about Rs 8 Crore against a budget of over Rs 65 Crore. As the movie is now gearing up for its digital debut, it is to be seen if audiences will like it or not, yet again.

Robinhood Story

An orphan himself, Ram (Nithiin) is a modern-day Robinhood (Thief) who loots from the rich and distributes among the orphans. Devadatta Nage does illegal business of marijuana and in a bid to expand it to the international level, he finds out that Rudrakonda village has a special variety. Meanwhile, Neera Vasudev (Sreeleela) lands in India and goes to Rudrakonda with Ram as an escort. What is the connection between AV Pharma and Rudrakonda village? How is the mafia kingpin David (David Warner) connected to this?

Robinhood OTT Release On ZEE 5

The movie's digital streaming and satellite rights have been secured by none other than the Zee Group. Accordingly, the movie which failed to make an impact at the box office is likely to make its streaming debut on Zee 5. If the latest buzz is anything to go by, Nithiin and Sreeleela's film will arrive on the streaming platform on May 2. There is no official information regarding the same and the date of release is yet to be announced.

Robinhood Cast & Crew

The movie stars Nithiin as Robinhood, Sreeleela as Neera Vasudev, Vennela Kishore, Rajendra Prasad, Devdatta Nage, Shine Tom Chacko, Aadukalam Naren, Keshav Deepak, and Mime Gopi in key roles. Ketika Sharma sizzled in an item song called 'Adhi Dha Surprisu.'

GV Prakash Kumar is the film's music composer and Sai Sriram worked as the cinematographer. Koti worked as the editor while Ram-Laxman composed the action sequences. Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar of the Mythri Movie Makers are funding this project.
