Netizens Review Nithiin's Robinhood Trailer: Venky Kudumula is a promising young filmmaker in Tollywood. His previous films -'Chalo' and 'Bheeshma' were quite entertaining and were box-office hits. He teamed up with Nithiin again for an action heist comedy-drama titled 'Robinhood.' With Sreeleela as the female lead, the movie's theatrical trailer was released amid fanfare on March 23 at a pre-release event attended by David Warner. The movie is going to hit the screens on March 28 worldwide and will clash with another exciting film, MAD Square.

Robinhood is going to open the crucial big summer holiday season for Tollywood and the expectations are decent for this film, given the duo's earlier collaboration for 'Bheeshma.' The movie unit chalked out a plan for promoting the movie wide across before the big release day. The pre-release event was held in Hyderabad and the trailer drop was delayed for two days to coincide with Warner's visit. Check out the trailer below.

David Warner's Cameo In Robinhood

Australian Cricketer David Warner, who took a liking to Tollywood's films and the dances impressed fans across the world with his moves. He has been keeping up with every remarkable achievement in Tollywood and became popular for his imitation of the hook steps. In Venky Kudumula's directorial, the Aussie Cricketer made a stunning and expensive cameo. He also ensured to attend the trailer launch event as the chief guest, marking his official acting debut in India. The makers of Robinhood paid Rs 5 Crore for his four days of work.

There was a lot of excitement around Robinhood theatrical trailer as Nithiin is coming to the big screens after a very long time. In addition to his second collaboration with Sreeleela after 'Extra Ordinary Man,' Nithiin's Robinhood is also special for plenty of reasons. The movie team absolutely left no clues about what they have in store about the film's story. So, fans of the actors and the director have waited for the trailer to have a sneak peek. Finally, it was released during the pre-release event on March 23 after getting postponed from March 21. With mostly positive comments for the movie, the expectations for the movie Robinhood soared to a new high. Check out a few reactions below.

Producers Confident

One of the producers, Ravi Shankar, who watched the final cut of the movie spoke to the media at a recent event. He complimented the film and elaborated a bit on how Robinhood turned out. He said, "I came here right after watching Robinhood. I am sure it will be Nithiin's career-best film. The movie came out pretty well. I want to see Nithiin garu in multiple events until the release on March 28. He is very stylish and energetic in the film. Watching Sreeleela and Nithiin Garu together gave me Pokiri vibes. Back then, when I watched Pokiri, I didn't know whom to watch: Mahesh Babu or Ileana. I have the same feeling now. I am still in awe of the magic created by Robinhood."

Robinhood Cast & Crew

The movie stars Nithiin as Robinhood, Sreeleela as Neera Vasudev, Vennela Kishore, Rajendra Prasad, Devdatta Nage, Shine Tom Chacko, Aadukalam Naren, Keshav Deepak, and Mime Gopi in key roles. Ketika Sharma sizzled in an item song called 'Adhi Dha Surprisu.'

GV Prakash Kumar is the film's music composer and Sai Sriram worked as the cinematographer. Koti worked as the editor while Ram-Laxman composed the action sequences. Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar of the Mythri Movie Makers are funding this project.
