Samantha Ruth Prabhu Removes Ye Maaya Chesave Tattoo Linked to Naga Chaitanya 4 Years After Divorce? VIDEO
Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently launched her initiative, Nothing to Hide, revealing the removal of a tattoo linked to her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya. This decision reflects her journey of moving on and embracing change, as she shares her regrets about tattoos.

Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently caught the attention of her fans with a new initiative called Nothing to Hide. She shared a teaser video on social media, which not only highlighted her project but also revealed something unexpected. Observant fans noticed the absence of a tattoo she had gotten during her marriage to Naga Chaitanya.
The missing tattoo was significant as it represented her film Ye Maaya Chesave, where she met Naga Chaitanya. The film marked Samantha's debut as a lead actor in 2010 and played a pivotal role in their relationship. They began dating soon after and married in 2017, but separated in 2020, finalising their divorce in 2021.
Samantha's Tattoo Journey
In the video, Samantha approaches the camera and writes 'Nothing to Hide' before turning away. Fans quickly noticed that her YMC tattoo, symbolising Ye Maaya Chesave, was no longer visible. "Samantha got her YMC tattoo removed," one fan commented, while another added, "I see no tattoo."
Speculation arose about the tattoo's disappearance. Some fans believed she removed it due to her past with Naga Chaitanya, while others thought it might have been covered for the brand campaign. Earlier this year, fans observed that Samantha was already working on removing another tattoo linked to Naga Chaitanya.
Reflecting on Past Decisions
In April 2022, during an Ask Me Anything session with fans, Samantha expressed regret over getting tattoos. When asked about future tattoo ideas, she advised against getting inked at all. Smiling throughout the video response on Instagram Stories, she stated emphatically: "You know the one thing I'd tell my younger self is never ever get a tattoo. Never. Never ever. Ever, get a tattoo."
Fans had previously noted that Samantha's wrist tattoo appeared faded in May. This particular tattoo was a matching one with Naga Chaitanya and meant 'Create your own reality.' The fading suggested she might be removing it as well.
Samantha's recent actions have sparked discussions among fans about moving on from past relationships and decisions. Her initiative Nothing to Hide seems to reflect a new chapter in her life where she's embracing change and transparency.
