Aishwarya Rajesh HIKES Remuneration By Double: Sankranthiki Vasthunam movie starring Venkatesh, Aishwarya Rajesh, and Meenakshi Chaudhary is the first Rs 300 Crore movie of the year in Tollywood and set several records for the actors and the technical crew involved in the film's production.

Following the immense success of Sankranthiki Vasthunam, which is officially the comeback film for Venkatesh after a very long time, actress Aishwarya Rajesh, who stunned one and all with her portrayal of the role Bhagyam, is said to have hiked her remuneration.

The 35-year-old actress finally made people turn heads with her 'Bhagyam' role in Venkatesh's Sankranthiki Vasthunam, the biggest blockbuster of 2025 in Tollywood. Despite starring opposite Vijay Deverakonda in 'World Famous Lover,' and Nani with 'Tuck Jagadish,' she didn't find recognition and footing in her homeland.

Aishwarya Rajesh entered Tollywood with a movie titled 'Kousalya Krishnamurthy,' in which she shared screen space with legendary Rajendra Prasad. Despite being a Telugu girl, she didn't get good opportunities in Telugu but ruled the roost in Kollywood with many films. She briefly worked in Kannada and Malayalam industries as well with her big break coming in Tollywood with Sankranthiki Vasthunam.

At first, many actresses rejected Bhagyam's role where she played the wife of a middle-aged man and a mother to four children. Filmmaker Anil Ravipudi then approached Aishwarya Rajesh and auditioned her to check if she could speak the typical Godavari slang. She came on board by agreeing to the character and stole the limelight entirely from the rest of the cast.

Aishwarya Rajesh Demanding Rs 3 Crore?
Reportedly, as per several reports, Aishwarya Rajesh, who took a salary of Rs 1 Crore per film so far, has hiked her fee for Telugu films. She is said to have been charging around Rs 2 Crore to Rs 3 Crore depending on the project. However, this is just a gossip and there is no official confirmation or reaction to the same.
