Titled Sankranthiki Vasthunam, the movie, which is the Sankranthi winner of Tollywood 2025 has already earned over Rs 300 Crore within its 17 days at the worldwide box office and over Rs 165 Crore domestically. With a slight dip during the week days, the movie is gearing up for another strong weekend.

The movie achieved a double-digit number on its 13th day, which is a rare feat and the first-of-its-kind in Tollywood beating RRR and Pushpa 2. In addition, Sankranthiki Vasthunam is Venkatesh's big break after a very long time. The movie is his highest-grosser and the first Rs 300 Crore movie of 2025.

Satya Akella (Srinivas Avasarala) is a US-based Tech entrepreneur who gets kidnapped immediately after he touches down in India. The high-profile case prompts Meenu (Meenakshi Chaudhary) to seek help from her ex-flame, former cop Yadagiri Damodhar Raju aka YD Raju (Venkatesh), who is now spending a peaceful life with his wife Bhagya Lakshmi (Aishwarya Rajesh) and son at his village.
