Sankranthiki Vasthunam is a family crime-comedy that has an intriguing premise of a husband and wife played by Venkatesh and Aishwarya Rajesh, who enjoy their routine and content life. In an unexpected twist, the protagonist's ex (Meenakshi Chaudhary), enters his life seeking help to crack a kidnap case. Jealous of their past, Aishwarya Rajesh's character joins the duo on a mission filled with comedy and entertaining narration.
