The movie starring Meenakshi Chaudhary and Aishwarya Rajesh is now a box office phenomenon after beating Ram Charan's Game Changer and Nandamuri Balakrishna's Daaku Maharaaj.

Sankranthiki Vasthunam achieved break-even in just four days and entered the Rs 100 Crore club within three days. The movie recovered 70% of its business in the first two days becoming the paisa-vasool entertainer, which marks the hattrick collaboration of Anil Ravipudi and Venkatesh.

Satya Akella (Srinivas Avasarala) is a US-based Tech entrepreneur who gets kidnapped immediately after he touches down in India. Dil Raju funded the movie under his Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, and Anil Ravipudi directed it. Bheems Ceciroleo composed the film's entire music and score, while Sameer Reddy cranked the camera. Tammiraju edited it, and AS Prakash was the Production Designer.
