Subham Day 1 Box Office 1 5 Crore GBO Opening

Subham Box Office Collection: Subham, the Telugu-language mystery drama that marks the production debut of actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu under her banner Tralala Moving Pictures, made its theatrical debut on May 9, 2025. On its first day at the box office, the film reportedly grossed ₹1.5 crore (GBO), as per figures shared by the makers.

Announcing the opening day number, the production team took to social media with a note that read, "Our small film opens big!! Thank you all for the love and support. Keep it coming." Though the film has been described as modest in scale, the reported figure indicates a solid turnout for a niche project driven largely by curiosity and word-of-mouth.

Subham: Storyline and Crew Information

Set in the early 2000s in the coastal town of Bheemili, Subham explores a mystery unfolding in the lives of women in the village. The story follows a local cable operator who marries an MBA graduate, expecting a quiet life. However, his world begins to unravel when his wife starts acting abnormally every night at 9 PM. As similar incidents occur across the village involving other women, the protagonist begins to connect the dots, uncovering a disturbing pattern that points to something more ominous than he had imagined.

The cast is led by Harshith Reddy, Gavireddy Srinivas, Charan Peri, Shriya Kontham, Shravani Lakshmi, Shalini Kondepudi, and Vamshidhar Goud. The film is directed by Praveen Kandregula and written by Vasanth Maringanti, with creative producer Raj Nidimoru also attached to the project.
