Super Subbu First Look: Sundeep Kishan-Starrer Netflix's First Telugu Original Series Promises Super Fun

Sundeep Kishan's Super Subbu Teaser Out:

Netflix's Telugu original titled Super Subbu, starring Sundeep Kishan, Brahmanandam, and Mithila Palkar is going to hit the streaming platform very soon. Directed by 'Tillu Square' fame Mallik Ram, the first Telugu series promises a heavy dose of comedy set up against a family drama. The first look teaser of the Super Subbu series was released a while ago. Check out the teaser below.

Sharing the first look video of Super Subbu, the Netflix India regional team wrote, "We are thrilled to collaborate with Netflix on this original Telugu series. It promises to showcase an intriguing setting, fun characters, and an entirely novel premise. With it being Netflix's first Telugu series, we are extremely excited for the show to reach members everywhere." (sic)

In the first look teaser, Sundeep Kishan is seen playing the role of Subbu, who is in search of a job. He expects to become a computer staff at a school but the management asks him to teach sex education. With mounting pressure from his parents and family members, Subbu, who is also in love, agrees to take up the role. The story of the series is set in the village of Makhipur.

Subbu ends up in trouble after joining as a sex education teacher in the village. Amidst comedic chaos, Subbu must keep his job a secret from his strict, traditional father, survive the village, achieve his dreams and find true love, all while dealing with his own inexperience.

Written by Mallik Ram and Ramesh Eligeti, the series was directed by Mallik Ram. Rajiv Chilaka and Bharath Laxmipati produced the movie. Sundeep Kishan, Mithila Palkar, Murli Sharma, Maanasaa Choudhary, Sampoornesh Babu, Brahmanandam, Hyper Aadi among others in key roles.

On the other hand, Sundeep Kishan is also gearing up with an entertaining family-comedy written by Prasanna Kumar Bezawada and directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina. Titled Mazaka, the movie stars Ritu Varma, Anshu Ambani, and Rao Ramesh in key roles. Mazaka will hit the screens in the second or third week of February.
