Thandel Advance Bookings: Naga Chaitanya & Sai Pallavi's Romantic Action Film To Witness Great Opening Day
Thandel Bookings Open On A Positive Note: Co-written and directed by Chandoo Mondeti in his first collaboration with Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, Thandel is the upcoming romantic action drama which is going to hit the screens on February 7 in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi. The movie is based on the real-life incident of a Srikakulam fisherman who gets caught by Pakistan for entering the international waters. For the movie, the filmmaker opted to limit the real conflict of the action episodes and focus more on performance-oriented romantic love story.
Thandel Advance Bookings Begin
Ahead of the movie's theatrical release, the promotional campaigns for Thandel are working favourably for the Sai Pallavi-starrer. After the bookings opened, the major ticketing website registered about 20,000 tickets quickly. The coming days are going to be even better for Naga Chaitanya's film leading up to a great opening day collection.
For Thandel, Allu Aravind, the producer of the film spent more than Rs 80 Crore, which is very high for Naga Chaitanya's market. In addition, they are also releasing the dubbed versions in other languages-thanks to the actor's previous films - Custody- and Laal Singh Chaddha. Thandel recovered half of its production costs through the satellite and digital streaming rights. Netflix secured the post-theatrical OTT rights of the film.

Bunny Vasu and Allu Aravind produced he movie under the Geetha Arts banners. Naveen Nooli and Shamdat Sainudeen worked as the film's editor and cinematographer. Karthik Theeda co-wrote the movie along with the director, Chandoo Mondeti. Devi Sri Prasad composed the film's entire background score and music.
