The young filmmaker scored an industry hit with Victory Venkatesh in his hattrick collaboration for a family entertainer titled 'Sankranthiki Vasthunam.' The movie which stars Aishwarya Rajesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary went on to make over Rs 310 Crore at the box office, creating a trend and record for the regional films made in Telugu.

Riding super high on the Rs 300 Crore success, Anil Ravipudi quickly announced his next with none other than megastar Chiranjeevi. The collaboration excited the mega fans to a high degree as the entire mega heroes including the veteran are reeling under a series of flops. Anil Ravipudi's films guarantee success and they breathed a sigh of relief after the official announcement was made.
