Celebrated as Shine Tom Chacko's 100th film, it also marks the return of director Kamal after a five-year hiatus. The film's principal photography began on June 15, 2023, and concluded on July 25, 2023, before its theatrical release on January 19, 2024.

Vivekanandan Viralanu is currently streaming on Prime Video. The Telugu version of the movie, Vivekanandan Viral, is now set for its OTT release on Aha on February 7th. Vivekanandan Viral Storyline

Vivekanandan, a government employee, struggles with violent sexual urges, which frequently lead to severe consequences with his victims. Tired of enduring his abuse, his victims-including his wife and live-in partner-decide to confront him and teach him a lesson in consent. Their act of revenge, however, goes viral online, exposing his deviant and predatory behavior to the public.

The cast of Vivekanandan Viral includes Shine Tom Chacko in the lead role of Vivekanandan S.P., with Swasika playing Sithara and Grace Antony as Diana. Mareena portrays Aisha (Aishu), while Manju Pillai appears as Ammini and Johny Antony as Manikandadasan (Dassettan). The supporting cast features Maala Parvathi as Savithri Teacher, Sminu Sijo as CPO Mercy Mathew, and Sarath Sabha as Joppan. Additional cast members include Vineeth Thattil David as CI Hameed, Sidhartha Siva as Dr. Mahalingeshwaran, Pramod Velliyanad, Neena Kurup, and Niyas Backar as CPO Jayan.
