Endemol Shine India, part of Banijay Entertainment, is backing Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10 as part of its slate. The studio has produced a range of Indian versions of global reality formats, and Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10 continues that strategy of adapting international concepts for local audiences.

While rolling out the first look, the team behind Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10 shared a caption on Instagram that read: "Presenting the Eye of #BiggBossTelugu10 Ee sari meeru chudaboyedhi Bigg Boss Dhasavatharam! Bigg Boss Telugu 10 is expected to launch at the end of August or the first week of September, depending on the schedule of Star Maa. The show will take up the prime slot on weekdays and weekends. It will also be available for streaming on JioHotstar.
