Maa Inti Bangaaram Box Office Collection Day 1: Samantha Ruth Prabhu is moving into a new phase of her career with Maa Inti Bangaaram, a Telugu drama that places her at the centre of both performance and production. After backing Subham in 2025, the actor continues to expand her creative role behind the camera while choosing stories built around women-led conflicts. Directed by B. V. Nandini Reddy, Maa Inti Bangaaram is co-produced by Samantha and features Gulshan Devaiah, Diganth Manchale, Gautami and Sreemukhi in key roles. The film also marks Samantha's first screen collaboration with Gulshan Devaiah, adding fresh interest around its casting.

To note, Maa Inti Bangaaram follows a young newlywed woman entering a traditional household while hiding a violent past. As she tries to earn acceptance from her new family, old wounds begin to return and disrupt the life she is attempting to build. The premise gives Samantha a role with emotional range, combining domestic drama with suspense. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Maa Inti Bangaaram made a collection of Rs 5.35cr nett on the opening day (day 1/ first Friday) while the gross collection happened to be Rs 6.2cr.
Maa Inti Bangaaram Beats Oh! Baby Day 1 Collection
Interestingly, with a collection of Rs 5.35cr, Maa Inti Bangaaram has minted twice the number of Samantha and B. V. Nandini Reddy's previous collaboration Oh! Baby which had earned Rs 2.5cr. In fact, Maa Inti Bangaaram has also managed to beat Yashoda (Rs 3.06cr) and The Girlfriend (Rs 1.3cr).
Meanwhile, Samantha got candid about the realistic nature of the action sequences in Maa Inti Bangaaram at an event and stated, "If you watch the film, there are no slow-motion sequences, no flying shots and no build-up shots. It's extremely realistic. The punches are real. I too have suffered blows. I've bled. These are extremely realistic action sequences. I performed all the action sequences myself. That's why everybody likes the action and it looks authentic".
