According to estimates reported by box office tracking website Sacnilk, Mana ShankaraVaraprasad Garu has collected approximately ₹181.75 crore net in India so far. This total includes revenue from premiere shows as well as collections from the first 12 days. On Day 12 (second Friday), the film reportedly earned around ₹2.6 crore, based on early and rough data. As with most trade figures, these numbers may be subject to minor revisions.

The film opened to a strong response during the Sankranti holiday period. After earning ₹9.35 crore from premiere screenings, it posted a sizeable Day 1 figure of ₹32.25 crore.
