Peddi Box Office Collection Day 17: Ram Charan's Sports Action Film Nears ₹327 Crore Worldwide

Peddi Box Office Collection Day 17: Ram Charan-starrer Peddi continued its theatrical run with a modest jump in collections on its third Saturday, helping the Telugu sports action drama maintain momentum more than two weeks after its release.

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film arrived in cinemas on June 4 and features Ram Charan in the lead role alongside Janhvi Kapoor, Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu and Boman Irani. The project is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, with Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings presenting the film.

According to box office tracking website Sacnilk, Peddi collected an estimated ₹1.95 crore net in India on its 17th day in theatres. The latest figure represents an improvement over the ₹1.50 crore net earned on Day 16, indicating a slight boost as the film entered another weekend.

The film's total India net collection now stands at approximately ₹231.45 crore. Meanwhile, its India gross collection has reached around ₹274.01 crore after 17 days on the big screen.

Peddi has also continued to add to its overseas earnings. Trade data suggests that the film earned about ₹0.20 crore overseas on Day 17, taking its international gross collection to ₹52.85 crore. Combined with its domestic performance, the film's worldwide gross collection has now climbed to roughly ₹326.86 crore.

The Telugu version remained the film's primary contributor on Saturday. Of the ₹1.95 crore net collected in India, the Telugu-language version accounted for approximately ₹1.83 crore. The film recorded an overall occupancy of 22.9 percent across 1,782 shows on Day 17.

After collecting ₹193.55 crore during its first week and ₹34.45 crore in its second week, the film has continued its run into the third week. As of June 21, Peddi has entered Day 18 in theatres, with Sunday collections expected to determine how strongly it closes another weekend.

Peddi is a sports action drama written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana. The film stars Ram Charan in the title role, with Janhvi Kapoor, Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu and Boman Irani playing key characters.

The film's music has been composed by A. R. Rahman, while cinematography is handled by Ratnavelu. Editing has been carried out by Navin Nooli and production design has been overseen by Avinash Kolla.
