Peddi Box Office Collection Day 8: Ram Charan's Film Nears ₹280 Crore Worldwide As Second Week Begins

Peddi Box Office Collection Day 8: Ram Charan starrer Peddi continued its theatrical run on June 11, completing eight days in cinemas and moving closer to the ₹280 crore mark at the worldwide box office.

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the sports action drama features Ram Charan in the lead role alongside Janhvi Kapoor, Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu Sharma, and Boman Irani. The film was released worldwide on June 4 and entered its second week on June 11. As of June 12, the movie is continuing its box office run with Day 9 collections underway.

According to trade tracking platform Sacnilk, Peddi earned an estimated ₹6.30 crore net in India on Day 8. The film was screened across 7,412 shows on Thursday and recorded an overall occupancy of 15.7 percent. With this, its cumulative India net collection reached ₹193.55 crore.

The film's domestic gross collection stood at approximately ₹229.95 crore after eight days in theatres. Overseas markets contributed an additional ₹0.60 crore on Day 8, taking the international total to ₹49.40 crore. As a result, Peddi's worldwide gross collection climbed to ₹279.35 crore.

Peddi: Language and Day-Wise Collection

The Telugu version continued to account for the majority of the film's revenue. On Day 8, the Telugu edition generated around ₹5 crore net and registered an occupancy of 22 percent across 3,256 shows. The Hindi version added ₹1.10 crore, while the Tamil version collected ₹0.12 crore. Smaller contributions came from the Kannada and Malayalam versions.

After a strong opening phase, the film has witnessed the expected weekday decline in collections. Following ₹18.50 crore from premiere shows, Peddi collected ₹51 crore on its first full day in theatres and maintained steady numbers over its opening weekend. Collections later eased during the working week, though the film continued to add to its overall total.

The eight-day collection trend stands at ₹18.50 crore from premiere shows, followed by ₹51 crore on Day 1, ₹26.90 crore on Day 2, ₹29.10 crore on Day 3, ₹32.15 crore on Day 4, ₹12.35 crore on Day 5, ₹9.70 crore on Day 6, ₹7.55 crore on Day 7 and ₹6.30 crore on Day 8.

Peddi is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the banner of Vriddhi Cinemas, with Ishan Saksena serving as co-producer. The project is presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. The film's music has been composed by A. R. Rahman, while cinematography is handled by Ratnavelu and editing by Navin Nooli.

With the film now into its second week, attention will be on its weekend performance and whether it can maintain momentum at the box office in the coming days.
