Peddi UAE Review: Ram Charan is all over the news these days and rightfully so. After all, he is here with the much talked about sports drama Peddi. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi has been one of the most anticipated releases and has been releasing Pan India. For the uninitiated, Peddi follows a spirited villager from the countryside who throws energy into multiple sporting competitions. Cricket, wrestling, running and several other contests turn into arenas for a much larger purpose. Through each challenge, the resident works to unite neighbours, defend village pride and obtain railway connectivity.

Apart from Ram Charan in the titular role, Peddi boasts a stellar cast of Shiva Rajkumar, Janhvi Kapoor, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu and Boman Irani. Interestingly, Peddi marks Ram Charan's first collaboration with Janhvi Kapoor making it one of the key elements of the film. On the other hand, the intriguing trailer and massive promotions have sparked massive buzz around Peddi release. To note, Peddi is releasing in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi languages. In a viral tweet shared by a reviewer from UAE & Pakistan, Peddi is an entertaining watch. He gave the movie a rating of 3 stars and tweeted, "It's a decent one-time-watch Enjoyable movie, but #RamCharan delivered his career's best each N every frame".

On the other hand, a self proclaimed critic in UK Umair Sandhu shared the UK censor board review of Peddi and called it a 'Paisa Vasool entertainer'. He emphasised, "This is a solid comeback film for Ram Charan. He stole the show all the way. Story and screenplay is strictly mediocre. BGM is thrilling & terrific. Songs are passable". He further emphasised that climax is the USP of the film. He gave Peddi a rating of 3.5 stars and concluded, "Peddi is a one man show engaging flick of Ram Charan".

This isn't all. A reviewer from USA also gave Peddi a rating of 3.5 stars and tweeted, "#Peddi - take a bow! Concept, direction, dialogues, music, songs, cinematography, interval block, and climax everything works brilliantly. #RamCharan delivers a National Award-worthy performance. Don't miss this one in theatres!"

Talking about Peddi during an event, director Buchi Babu Sana stated, "Peddi is an emotional journey. It is about how a sportsperson earns identity and respect and influences the people around him. Peddi faces setbacks, falls several times, but rises stronger every time. How he overcomes those challenges forms the heart of the story. Even after watching it so many times, the final 40 to 50 minutes still make me emotional. I have cried several times while watching those portions. My friends who have seen the film told me that I have made a good film and assured me that audiences will connect with it".
