Released on June 4, 2026, Peddi is a Telugu sports action drama directed by Buchi Babu Sana. The film is backed by producer Venkata Satish Kilaru under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner, with Ishan Saksena serving as co-producer. Peddi: Story, Cast And Crew

The film is set across two timelines. In the present day, a government official travels to a remote village in Andhra Pradesh after discovering that several young athletes credit a man named Peddi for inspiring them. The story then shifts to the late 1980s, where Peddi lives in an isolated tribal hamlet facing social discrimination and a lack of official recognition. As the villagers struggle for basic rights and better connectivity with the outside world, Peddi's sporting talent and personal journey become closely linked to their aspirations.

Ram Charan plays the lead role, while the ensemble cast includes Janhvi Kapoor, Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu Sharma and Boman Irani in key parts.

The film's technical team features Academy Award-winning composer A. R. Rahman as music director, with cinematography by Ratnavelu and editing by Navin Nooli.
