Peddi Box Office Collection Day 5 (Early Update): Sports drama Peddi drew large crowds in cinemas and became one of the year's biggest Telugu releases. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi was positioned as a sports action drama with a rural setting. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Peddi made a collection of Rs 4cr in the overseas taking the total overseas collection to Rs 45cr after the opening weekend. On the other hand, the worldwide gross collection emerged as Rs 233.61cr after 4 days of release

As per a tweet shared by Ramesh Bala, Peddi has successfully entered the prestigious Rs 300cr club with its worldwide gross collection and is refusing to slow down anytime soon.

Meanwhile, during an event, director Buchi Babu Sana lauded Peddi lead actress Janhvi Kapoor and asserted, "We are all huge admirers of your mother, Sridevi garu. Janhvi has played Achayamma beautifully, and hers is one of the most important roles in the film. Her performance in the climax is outstanding. There is a strong sense of heroism in her character, and I am grateful that she became part of this journey".
