Shambhala OTT Release: The Telugu supernatural horror thriller, Shambhala, has begun its transition to the digital space following its theatrical run last month. Written and directed by Ugandhar Muni, the film features Aadi Saikumar in the lead role, alongside Archana Iyer. The film was released in cinemas on December 25, 2025, positioning itself as a year-end release within the horror-thriller space.

Set in the 1980s, Shambhala takes place in a remote village deeply influenced by long-held beliefs and folklore. Trouble begins after a meteor crashes near the village, following which a series of disturbing incidents start to unfold. Villagers begin behaving strangely, with several unexplained and violent deaths creating fear and panic across the community. Many believe that an evil force has descended upon the village, linked to its deity and ancient legends.

Vikram, a man who believes only in logic and facts, arrives in Shambhala to investigate the mystery surrounding the meteor. While he dismisses the villagers' supernatural fears, his inquiry gradually leads him into the village's hidden past and long-guarded secrets. With the help of Devi, a woman closely connected to Shambhala's traditions, Vikram attempts to uncover the truth behind the strange events, even as questions surrounding the village's history, its deity, and the real cause of the deaths continue to surface.
