Early screenings record healthy occupancy, helped by festival mood and curiosity around Prabhas. Trade sources described opening response as steady, noting that The RajaSaab has witnessed a decent start on its day of release. The film, which is helmed by Maruthi, is shot in Telugu but is also released in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The RajaSaab is a Telugu-language horror-comedy where Prabhas plays a friendly yet disturbed central character. The character is searching for a missing grandfather, which drives the main plot.
