After all, he is coming up with the first release of the year. We are talking about Ustaad Bhagat Singh is an action comedy helmed by Harish Shankar. Given the average performance by They Call Him OG, fans have been eagerly waiting to witness Pawan Kalyan's magic on the big screen. Apart from starring Pawan Kalyan in the titular role, Ustaad Bhagat Singh also features Sreeleela, Raashii Khanna, R. Parthiban, Ashutosh Rana, Nawab Shah, B. S. According to a tweet shared by Venky Box Office, Ustaad Bhagat Singh had earned $182,641 with the sale of 7914 tickets in US. To note the collection happens to be $200K in North America and it is evident that the movie has been witnessing alarmingly slow trends

As Ustaad Bhagat Singh has been witnessing box office comparisons with They Call Him OG, this Pawan Kalyan starrer has been lagging behind the latter by over 500%. For the uninitiated, They Call Him OG had earned $2,503,200 with the sale of 88253 tickets in USA while the number was $2.57M with the sale of 90565 tickets in north America.
Interestingly, Ustaad Bhagat Singh is witnessing a box office clash with Ranveer Singh starrer Dhurandhar 2 (Dhurandhar The Revenge). Talking about the same, directed Harish Shankar stated, "Aditya Dhar is a superior filmmaker. We are not really competing on a pan-India level. Also, the release date is not in my hands".
