Directed by Harish Shankar, Ustaad Bhagat Singh features Pawan Kalyan in the lead role, alongside Sreeleela and Raashii Khanna, with R. Parthiban also part of the cast. The project is backed by Mythri Movie Makers, with Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili producing.

The film's music has been composed by Devi Sri Prasad, while the background score is handled by Thaman S. The technical team includes Karthika Srinivas as editor and Anand Sai as production designer.
