Allare Allari Review

Director Muppalaneni Siva made his directorial debut in Taj Mahal. His most recent film is Sankranthi. His other films like Sandade Sandadi were hilarious comedies. Now Allare Allari too is on the same lines: it is hilarious entertainer. Venu and Allari Naresh are known to have excellent comedy timing. Now along with a master at comedy film in Muppalaneni Siva they have churned a film that will invoke laughter from the audience.

Though there have been numerous movies on the similar lines, the director has handled the topic of the film well so as to make it look fresh and new. The film has been shot right through with a factionist theme: one that is devoid of bloodshed, which at the same time is extremely humorous. This has been achieved to a very great extent by the films scriptwriter Marudhuri Raja.

Story:
Anand (Venu) is the son of a factionist leader Ramulakka (played by Telangana Sakuntala). He kills two of his rival whom she is told killed her husband and is therefore caught by the police. Before getting behind bars, she asks her brother Bapineedu (Chalapati Rao) to bring to take care of her daughter Priya (Mallika Kapoor). She also asks him to see to it that both her daughter and her nephew get a good education so that their prospects of marriage are good.

So that Priya is not tormented by the fact that her mother was a killer, Bapineedu takes her to the United States and brings her up there. Anand eventually studies to become a doctor and breaks up the marriage of Swati (who is already engaged to be married to someone else). He and her become an item. She forces Anand to marry him but Anand is scared of his aunty.

Parallely, Allari Naresh, a watchman at an apartment complex, wants to become the hero of the town. He has noble intention but he is not very successful at winning over the hearts of people. The people who stay in the apartment complex where he works convince him to marry Sandhya. Coincidently the marriage takes place on the very same day that Ramulakka gets released from jail.

Anand and Veerababu receive her. When she comes out she is fooled by their appearances and starts believing that Veerubabu is Anand. Anand hoping to escape from her wrath asks Veerubabu to pretend to be Anand. By now, Priya returns from the US. She falls in love with Veerababu aka Anand. He tries to explain to her that he is not Anand but she lends no ears to his pleas.

By now, even Bapineedu is back in India and is keen on getting Anand and Priya married. Anand finally explains himself and admits that he asked Veerubabu to pose as him. Priya realises that she was actually in love with Veerubabu. She agrees to marry him despite him being only a watchman. Ramulakka realises that they two are indeed in love with each other and approve of their marriage. Finally at the end of the movie both the couples Anand&Swati and Veerubabu&Priya find their love(s).

Plus Points:
The story, the script and the dialogues are the main highlight of the film. The films screenplay keeps you wanting more as the movie goes on. Both the heroes Venu and Allari Naresh have showed excellent comedy timing. The heroines too have done well to playing their glamour roles. They look good in the movie.

The manner in which the director used a factionist story is a joy to watch. The music by Chakri plays its part. The production of the film handled by Bajju Art Productions Ltd is good.

Minus Points:
Though the screenplay is tight, the entire first half of the film is slow. Despite it being rules by comedy, one watching the film feels that he has sit watchi8ng those scenes for a little to long. The second half of the film is allright. The comedy by Raghubabu has not worked so well. The director has failed to establish the reasons why Narsing Yadav, Gauthamraju and others invested money in Raghubabu who claimed to be a factionist

Conclusion:
Though the director a good amount of experience in making comedy films, there are a few minor lapses in the film which are expectable. On the whole, the film is an excellent film. The director Muppalaneni Siva didn't refrain from using comedy based on romantic and sexual scenes. The Telugu Film fans have been waiting a long time to get a comic entertainer but it is yet to be seen if or not the film will bring in the crowds.
