Bhai is a romantic-action entertainer with all other masala elements like catchy one-liners, drama, comedy and exotic locales. Nagarjuna's performance is the main highlight in the film. Veerabhadram's screenplay and dialogues, Richa's glamour, Devi Sri Prasad's foot-tapping music and background score, Sameer Reddy's beautiful camera work, Brahmanandam's comedy, beautiful costumes, art work and locales are other attractions of the movie. The slow and dragging narration in the second half is the biggest drawback of the film.
Bhai gets good opening at Box Office
Veerabhadram has penned the script keeping Nagarjuna's image in mind and tried to present him in a way his fans will enjoy. Hence, the story of Bhai has nothing new to offer, but a few interesting twists and sound filmmaking techniques make the movie grand and lavish. The director has done good job in some parts, but he should have done more homework on a few mafia and comedy scenes, which look mediocre.
Set in the backdrop of mafia, the first half of the movie has some catchy one-liners, romance, songs, dance, comedy and stunning action shot in different exotic locales. This portion is high on entertainment quotient and you will enjoy it. But the movie hits a rough patch due to some sentimental sequences in the second half, which is dragging and boring. The climax is good and interesting to watch.

Bhai Story
Vijay (Nagarjuna) is the right hand of international don David (Ashish Vidyarthi), who suffers a setback when an undercover cop starts eliminating key members of his gang. So David assigns the task of finding out the cop to his most trusted subordinate Bhai, who finds out some shocking facts about the cop. What happens next forms the crux of the story.

Akkineni Nagarjuna appears in three different getups like Hong Kong don's right-hand, Hyderabadi dada and wedding planner. The actor has given brilliant performance in all these shades. He is sure to rock you with his unique dialogue delivery, trendy costumes, stylish gun shots, walking, talking and sitting style. He is sure to set a new style statement.
Richa's Performance In Bhai
Richa Gangopadhyay, who appears as Nagarjuna's love interest Radhika, has less scope for performance in the film Bhai. But she impresses you with her glamour and dance moves in song sequences. Her chemistry with Nagarjuna is one of the main attractions in the movie.
Supporting Artistes In Bhai
Brahmanandam and MS Narayan's comedy is good in the film, but it is irritating in parts. Ashish Vidyarthi, Sonu Sood, Jayaprakash Reddy, Zara, Raghu Babu, Prabhas Seenu, Kamna Jethmalani, Nathalia, Narsing Yadav and others have done justice to their roles.
Sameer Reddy's Picturisation
Bhai has rich technical elements, and Sameer Reddy's cinematography is the main attraction in them. He has captured some of the best angles in exotic locales of Bangkok, Europe and India. His work makes the movie a visual treat.
DSP's Music And Background Score
Devi Sri Prasad's music and background score are also among the main attractions in the technical front. The young musician has composed a few trendy and foot-tapping numbers for Bhai, which have already rocked the movie goers. His background score also elevates few sentimental scenes.
Dialogues And One-Liners In Bhai
Veerabhadram-penned dialogues are also among the main highlights of Bhai. His one-liners like "Hyderabad lo randu famous. Okati Irani Chai, Rondu the Bhai", is good. The way Nagarjuna mouths them will entertain you.
Other Technical Elements In Bhai
Other technical departments like action and dance choreography, art work, makeup, costumes and selection of exotic locales are also good and are among the big strengths of Bhai. The editing of the film is also good, but the trimming of a few dragging scenes in the second half could have made it a better watch.
Bhai Verdict
Overall, Bhai is a good popcorn entertainer and the concoction of commercial elements make it a mass film, which everybody would love to watch. It is must watch film for the fans of Nagarjuna, who is coming back to mass format after long time.
