The movie is directed by BV Nandini Reddy. Anni Manchi Sakunamule, which was bankrolled by Priyanka Dutt under the banners Swapna Cinema and Mitra Vinda Movies, has been shot entirely in the hill station of Coonoor.
The film's screenplay was written by Sheik Dawood G and dialogues are penned by Lakshmi Bhupala. Sunny Kurapati and Richard Prasad worked as the cinematographers of the movie. Junaid Siddiqui worked as the editor and Mickey J Meyer scored the film's entire background score and music.
