Hidimbha Twitter Review: Ashwin Babu has earned a name for himself as an actor and dancer in the Tollywood film industry. He choses scripts that belong to horror-thriller genres, and enjoys a separate fanbase.

He is set to hit the screens with one such intriguing film titled Hidimbha. The recently released reverse-cut trailer amplified the expectations for the film, among his fans and the regular film buffs.

Hidimbha hit the screens in the two Telugu-speaking states on July 20. Ahead of its theatrical release, the movie makers organized a special premiere for a select audience at AMB Cinemas in Hyderabad on July 19.

Hidimbha is said to have a unique and novel backdrop as its story, which was never-seen-before in any Tollywood or for that matter, in Indian cinema so far. Fans and critics opined that the film has flaws shadowing its honest attempt.

Filmmaker Prasanth Varma, who is the man behind HanuMan, and directed the grand pre-release event of Prabhas' Adipurush, happened to watch the movie. He took to his social media accounts to share his opinion on the movie, along with many others who shared their two cents about the movie.

He tweeted, "An emotional and proud Rajesh went on to say, "Anand did whatever I asked him to do for Baby. He came on board saying, 'Brother, you believed me and trusted me when no one believed me. I will do whatever you want me to do."
