The movie stars Naveen Chandra as Madhusudhan Rao, Swathi Reddy in the role of Lekha, and Shreya Navile as Madhumathi, the three prominent characters in the film. In addition, the film stars Harsha Chemudu, Raja Chembolu, Gnaneswari Kandregula, Raja Ravindra, Manjula Ghattamaneni, Ruchitha Sadineni, Kancharapalem Kishore, and Raghav Rudra Mulpuru among others in key roles.

The movie was written and directed by Srikanth Nagothi, Achu Rajamani composed the film's entire background score and music.
