Salaar X Review: The day finally dawned upon the hungry fans of our beloved pan-India star Prabhas, who is now fully confident about scoring another mammoth success with impeccable writer-director Prashanth Neel in tow. The duo worked together with a hand-picked team for three years to bring out the latest sensation, the much-awaited action entertainer titled Salaar Part 1-Ceasefire.

The first installment of this friendship and revenge tale featuring Malayalam superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Easwari Rao, Jagapathi Babu, and Shriya Reddy among others hit the screens on December 22 worldwide in five languages.

The movie is the biggest release of the year and for obvious reasons. Due to Salaar's humongous release, several films of all major languages and film industries in India have shuffled their release dates. With the pre-sales and advance ticket bookings setting new records, especially in the Telugu states and overseas, Salaar's fever is all over the place literally.

The first part of Salaar: Ceasefire stars Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Jagapathi Babu, Sriya Reddy, Ramachandra Raju, Madhu Guruswamy, Saptagiri, Prudhvi Raj, Jhansi, Brahmaji, Naga Mahesh, Dubbaka Bhaskar Rao, and Gemini Suresh among other in key roles.

The movie was produced on a budget of about Rs 250 Crore by Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films. Bhuvan Gowda cranked the camera and Ujwal Kulkarni worked as the editor. Ravi Basrur composed the film's background score and music.
